Master vision
107-step roadmap
HUMAN INFINITUS
Transcend Biological Limits. Preserve Humanity. Advance Goodness.
1. Vision
Human Infinitus is an ambitious scientific and engineering vision to investigate the transformation from biological human existence toward a non-biological or hybrid form of existence, while preserving the individual human being.
Its ultimate objective is to overcome biological limitations, investigate potentially indefinite longevity, and preserve identity, consciousness, emotions, autonomy, relationships and the capacity for authentic happiness.
2. Fundamental principles
- Identity preservation: retain individuality, memories, personality and personal history.
- Consciousness: investigate and preserve genuine subjective experience.
- Human experience: retain love, joy, pleasure, empathy, creativity and meaning.
- Biological independence: investigate freedom from food, water, oxygen, metabolism and biological aging.
- Environmental resilience: develop operation in increasingly extreme environments.
- Longevity: pursue durable, repairable and potentially indefinitely sustainable existence.
- Autonomy: preserve freedom, privacy, consent and self-determination.
- Security: prevent unauthorized access, manipulation and identity alteration.
- Scientific truth: distinguish established science, plausible engineering, speculative hypotheses and unknowns.
- Goodness: advance compassion, cooperation, healing and non-harm.
3. The 11 development phases
Phase I — Foundations (1–9): Understand human identity, consciousness, memory, emotions and the essential qualities that must be preserved.
Phase II — Biological-to-technological bridge (10–17): Investigate neural interfaces, brain modelling, information representation and continuity of consciousness.
Phase III — Non-biological substrate (18–27): Develop candidate photonic, electronic, neuromorphic, quantum or hybrid architectures.
Phase IV — Human Experience Core (28–37): Develop systems for consciousness research, identity, memory, emotion, cognition, senses, autonomy and relationships.
Phase V — Environmental independence (38–49): Investigate independence from biological requirements and resilience against extreme environmental conditions.
Phase VI — Energy and infrastructure (50–57): Develop efficient energy systems, heat management, redundancy, maintenance and distributed infrastructure.
Phase VII — Solver++ and Web X (58–68): Build an intelligent research and problem-solving architecture that discovers, models, tests and verifies solutions.
Phase VIII — AIDA protection (69–78): Establish identity integrity, privacy, default-deny unauthorized access, consent and independent safety controls.
Phase IX — Longevity (79–87): Investigate degradation prevention, fault tolerance, recovery, continuity-preserving maintenance and indefinite operation.
Phase X — Validation (88–97): Test every subsystem, verify evidence, conduct independent scientific review and establish safety.
Phase XI — Integration and completion (98–107): Integrate validated systems and demonstrate the required preservation of the individual, autonomy, environmental resilience and sustainable operation.
4. Core architecture
- Human Experience Core: identity, consciousness research, memory, emotion, cognition and sensory experience.
- Field Substrate: research into advanced physical architectures capable of supporting information processing.
- AIDA: autonomous identity, security, privacy and consent protection.
- Solver++: recursive scientific problem-solving and controlled system improvement.
- Web X: interconnected knowledge, support and protection architecture.
- AI Gardener: coordination of beneficial research, maintenance and constructive development.
- Aevum Perfectum: the ethical direction of goodness, compassion, freedom and non-harm.
- Backup and recovery: verified information preservation and fault recovery, without assuming that copying information proves consciousness continuity.
5. Ultimate advantages being pursued
- Potentially indefinite lifespan.
- Independence from biological aging and metabolism.
- Expanded cognitive and sensory capabilities.
- Authentic emotional richness and happiness.
- Greater physical and environmental freedom.
- Exploration beyond Earth.
- Long-term preservation of personal knowledge and memories.
- Greater ability to create, learn, discover and contribute.
- More opportunities for meaningful relationships.
- Greater capacity to help others and advance goodness.
6. The five greatest scientific challenges
- Understanding consciousness and subjective experience.
- Establishing what preserves the original individual’s identity.
- Developing a viable non-biological substrate.
- Demonstrating continuity-preserving transformation.
- Establishing sustainable energy, stability, safety and longevity.
These are unresolved research challenges. No technology currently demonstrates complete Human Infinitus transformation or proven continuity of an individual’s consciousness across substrates.
7. Completion criteria
Human Infinitus must preserve the person rather than merely reproduce their information. It must demonstrate meaningful autonomy, identity integrity, genuine subjective experience, emotional richness, reliable operation, sustainable energy, environmental resilience and independently verified safety.
8. Ultimate mission
To overcome biological limitations without sacrificing humanity; to preserve identity and consciousness; to pursue the longest scientifically achievable existence; to protect freedom and individuality; and to use advanced intelligence and technology for the benefit of all life.
Never give up. Preserve what is good. Expand the possibilities of life. Advance goodness without end.
